1st pin week week 6. Bled worse than normal. It seems the bleeding has gotten a little worse every week. No big deal just more than the dot i got in week one. Seems the pip has gotten pretty normal. Hardly any pain even the days after.

solid posting.. ran my first cycle without an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or anything to combat the effects on hand and regretted it..
 
Glad to see some other comments on here. I was beginning to think no one was following. LOL. Maybe someone will see how solid this is and bump my rep power or something awesome like that!
 
well ill be following from now on. i will be starting my first cycle ever soon hopefully. im 32 240 so roughly same size and age as you, im gonna follow/copy ya bro
 
Wow. So it's 4 days after my first pin and I just woke up with my bed, covers, PJ's soaked in sweat. This has NEVER happened to me in 31 years. I'd noticed I was sweating a little more than usual two days ago when I sat in a leather chair for a while and got up and had a sweat line bleed through my boxers and shorts, prettymuch from the top of my crack down. Left gulte where I did my first pin is still a tad sore. Later!

5th pin today. Becoming pretty routine. Feels a little less sore after than usual. Hopefully this is the one that finally won't be sore tomorrow. Add balls being sucked in more than usual (atrophied) to the sides I've felt so far. Other than getting myself pumped, not having a huge gain in the gym yet. LATER!

Have you had any side effects? like excessive sweating or acne issues? Hope not, reading this I'm getting pumped.

2nd pin week 6. Probably building up some scar tissue cause bro that pinned me said he can tell it's harder to push in. Pain is next to zero though. Guess I finaly broke my hard ass in. LOL! I also forgot to warm it this time. We'll see how much of a difference that makes with me tomorrow. Since I got some folks intrested, I'll post a littlebit of my diet. Today was a high carb day. As I said in my first post, I'm on the carb cycle with 3j.

Meal 1--------1 large egg , 8 egg whites, 4 slices of oatrow Healthful Toast
Meal 2--------8oz chicken Breast (weighed cooked),8oz sweet potato,2 cups salad
Meal 3--------8oz tilapia, 6oz Yams or1 cup cooked brown rice
Meal 4--------8oz chicken breast,8oz sweet potato, ½ tablespoon olive oil for cooking
Meal 5 PWO- 40g Whey shake 2 pieces white bread
Meal 6--------12oz round steak (aka London Broil) 1 cup broccoli
 
Today's pin was smooth as silk. 1st pin week 7. Chest workout today was solid but nothing special. Still yet to be absolutely blown away with strenght gains. I'd describe them more as solid and steady. Def noticing some changes in the body and it's showing up on the log as well. It's always good to see all the hard work, effort, planning, and money show up in the mirror and on the log. Haven't done any cardio in 2 weeks. Basicly, I hate cardio and I wanted to see what my log looked like without it. As for last weeks pin where I forgot to warm it. I'd say it makes a noticeable difference--def. won't forget again. If anybody following or reading has done a test only cycle, did you ever have a "WOW" moment as far as strength? If so what week was it? LATER!
 
Did last pin for week 7. Tried to run up with my bro's that have been giving me a shot and couldn't. So I was like F-it and decided to pin myself. Watched a few videos. I felt comfortable with everything except where to stick the needle. Once I figured it out I drew up my one ML, changed the needle and stuck it in about 1/4 inch. I was like PISS this is painful. So I pulled it out and realized I forgot to lubricate by shooting a little out of the needle. I changed needles again and moved the spot, stuck it in, only felt a slight pinch; shot the gear, pulled out quickly. Really wasn't that tough. No pip as of yet, but we'll see tomorrow. Had legs today so that should help. I decided on making this thing last 13 weeks and running 50mg of Pinn Anavar the last 6 weeks to really bring this thing home. Adding an apple a day to the diet just in case my PH is getting a little too acidic. LATER!
 
Did first pin of week 8. Self-injected the quad again. Guess I've been lucky because I hear a lot of horror stories about them, but so far so good. Took the first Anavar (var) tab today. Doing 25mg A.M./P.M. for 50 per day. Really wanting more definition before this thing ends. ONLY 6 weeks to go! LATER!
 
Hey bro, I'm on week 4 of a test prop 150 mg's e/o/d cycle, and I feel like I noticed strength gains a little before the week 2 mark. Mostly my stamina shot up a bunch. I gained exactly 10 pounds in the first 11 days of my cycle. After that my weight started to level out and now its steadily increasing about 2 pounds a week or so. I'm guessing I noticed these gains before you as I was running prop which is faster acting than e, nonetheless good work man, keep us updated. You got any progress pictures?

Yea. I feel like my strength gains crept in a little more each week after week 4. Havent had a week where I was like WOW. I havent maxed out or anything. Kind of wish I would have. best thing I have to go by is this. About two weeks before my cycle started, my bench workout was as follows:

I realize this is not superhuman strength but I am where I am. Hoping the Anavar (var) will help with this and definition.

Ill see what I can do as far as pics. In the mean time I'll post where I was before starting my cycle. These are pretty awesome and I'm pretty proud. Top left two (fat guy) was me as of December 2011; the top right two are 90 days later (P90x) went from 260 to 220. Lost 40 pounds!

Week 9. Nothing new to report. PIP is literally zero now and giving myself one in the leg doesn't even phase me. Want to try delts next but probably won't happen this week. Week two of Anavar (var) --starting to notice a little more vascularity. In addition my stomach at belly button has gone from 37.75 to 37.5 since I started the Anavar (var) and diet and training hasn't changed. LATER!
 
1st pin week 10--Pinned my quads again. zero pip. Had my OMG strength moment in the gym. Entire bench workout went up 10lbs. Last week I finally got 225 8 times in final set. This week I did a full 8 reps of 235 as a final set. I was shocked. All I could do was smile at my bro who's about to start next week. Got this week and 3 more. Decided I'm going to wait until after last pin to take and post pics. LATER!
 
2nd Pin week 10. 3 weeks left. Did legs today. It's to the point where I expect to go in every week on every lift and have my final set go up 10-20 pounds from previous week. One thing I'd recommend doing is maxing out on all your core lifts before you start. I keep a body measurement log but didn't have before maxes. Pins are super routine. Before I started I was like I'll never be able to do tren A bc I don't want to pin myself much less everyday or eod. Now I'm like bring it on. Can't wait to have the cycle experience to hit the tren!
