Pain in Left delt after IM, but nowhere near the IM site, Strange one ??

Hi, I am getting some pretty bad pain almost straight away after doing an IM in my left delt. I inject in both L+R delts on all 3 uppermost regions and as this is my preferred place for IM, i am very used to doing it here.
Just recently (started mildly on my last cycle, and now worse on this one), Ill inject as high as i can in my Left delt, but then ill get almost a strip of hardness and pain more or less isolated in the mid/low to extreme lower delt, prett much half way down my bicep!

The pain and hardness forms about 20 min after the IM and continues to hurt for the entire week, sometimes longer. When it first started happening i thought i had developed a cyst down my arm, have been tempted to pin it and see if i can suck anything out, but going by how much it hurts just to push it with my finger, i doubt id get a pin in there! For delt IM's I use a 1" needle, no more than 1.5~2ML oil and do the IM identical to how i do it on the Right side, however the right side there is never any pain at all. I also warm the oil before injecting, i dont tense up and i massage the area after.

Can someone advise what might be going on?

Does it only happen while injectng delts or does it happen with other spots also? I get the soreness In lower areas at times but not the hardness and it sure doesn't hurt all week

Hmmm. I injected med delt and got an infection in my bicep once. Not sure how or why the lump travelled all the way down my arm lol. Weird..

Well i did pin my upper glute not so long ago but think i went too high as a day after the IM it hurt so bad i could barely walk. Being in a job where i have long periods of sitting followed by almost interval running about, i cant risk pinning there again as it was just torture for a good 5 days.

Delt wise tho, it only happens when i pin the mid or front left side delt. Right side is fine. theres no redness, just hard and sore!

Are you working out delts the same day that you pin them?

Honestly sounds like it could be your gear or pinning technique. I'm assuming your glutes and quads don't get hit often?
