I get a clicking sound when I rotate my wrist and it pains with movement.
What exercises should be done to get rid of the pain?

Don't rotate your wrist.....

Seriously is this a real Question cause there is so much information here to consider. I just don't know where to start

Usually the you can have someone roll or massage all those tendons around wrist that run up the forearms, its super painful but works.
