I always hear people say thatall my hard training is gong to cause me pain when I'm older.

Well, I already fucked my body up plenty and I'm not stopping now. I know most of you are in the same boat.

Who cares if we're in pain when we're old. I'm training in pain. When I'm old I wont train like this. I'll go swimming or something to stay fit.

At least when I'm old I'll have stories to tell and pictures to show of what I was like in my prime.

Agree that injuries are gonna happen. But also we all only get one body to live our whole life with. So we need to minimise injuries as much as possible.
Learn to lift the right way, do proper warm ups, do proper bod maintenance that goes with lifting, etc.
Just be good to yourself and build your body as opposed to wrecking it through ignorance.
