OK well im takin fish oils and animal pak. But i have the worst fuckin pain in my elbow when doin tri's. i know i have good form and i go slow on all my lifts. i even try and warm up my elbows before doin tri's with the pulldown and v-bar. Its actually preventing me from going heavy on my tri's, and one lift i used to love is skull crusher's which is jsut outta the fuckin question b/c of intense pain. Any supplement or idea's on how to get rid of this would be awsome. Also im on a test-e cycle but i highly doubt that has anything to do with it.

what kind of pain is it? is it a constant pain or just when you reach the end of the extension? tendin or joint?
depending on what kind of pain it is.....if you're not too far into your test cycle, try adding deca, it tends to make the joints feel better.

i have the same feeling when i do skull crushers. I usually will do a warm up set with about 30 reps of light weight and do adequate stretching in that area. once i'm warmed up im fine. try stretching well for about 5 mins prior to work out and warm up IN THAT EXACT WORKOUT with light weight.

Yes its when it is fully extended. I actually try and not extended it too much (i dont lock out) because i dont wanna harm my joints. The pain is a burning kind of sensation, almost like a fuckin 2 gauge needle is being stabbed into my fuckin bone. lol, and deca is outta the question i only got 4 weeks left. ill try more stretching and warming up longer. thanks for advice.

ive had it before and always assumed it was tendonitis. i used a sports rub applied about 1 hour before workout and a neoprene elbow sleeve put on after the sports rub has thoroughly dried.i iced the elbow after workouts to reduce inflamation and i also used msm and motrin daily.

could is be growing pain??? alot of times when I go up in weight I have to let my joints and what not catch up... it's a tickling/burn feelings. probably not what you have but just a suggestion.. have you recently increased weight??

its more of a burning painful feeling, it might be because of the test putting stress's on my joints. ill wrap it next time and see if that helps. ill let you know whats up after that. 'preciate all the help.

I'd do the exact same thing. With the neoprene sleeve and the tightness during the workout it gave me a sense of relief and then the sports rub would heat up again making it feel better when lifting.

I realize sports rubs are "topical" only and only hide the pain but sometimes that was enough to get me by. When I tore my distal bicep tendon again I did the same thing and got me through some tough times.
