painful delt shot

Did a 1cc shot in my left delt on Monday....is it normal to have soreness after working out at the site? Should I worry? I am very sterile when I iinject so this is odd to me because I usually go in my legs and bjuttocks.....lemme know whay u think

what did you inject? what was the strength/ml? if its a strong shot, it will hurt for a while.

try a hot towel out of the microwave and massage it, use a hot pad. that should help

i disagree.. there shouldnt be much pain at all with test ent... unless its dosed extremely high.. which 300mg is not.. is it painful anywhere else or just in the delts?..

I'm on ent. 300 right now. Not one phantom inject with this stuff. It is painful every week. BTW it is pharm grade to.
Just my experience though.

First time in delt....heat and motrin help relief....kinda tender to touch, not really a knot, slighly warm...I am am pretty confident I was sterile...the pain is mainly dirctly under site...I read a few articles stating that TE can be painful...I usallu go in the quads so that's probably y I hasn't hurt before....I am gonna keep applying heat for another day or so if I don't get relief I am gonna lance that fucker and see what I get out! Hahaha

dont lance it unless there is a knot-otherwise you wont be doing anything but cutting yourself

i think its just irritated-ive had redness under inject site before-it was with prop though. it itched a lil-and was a lil warm to the touch.

when you get an infection the redness will spread rapidly-like within hours-if the redness isnt spreading-then i doubt its infection. fever is another good indicator.

everyone talks about infections like they happen all the time-but i call bullshit-i have not heard of that many.

Update: ok so I did heat and massage treament lastnite and this morning...still hot the lump but less pain and a lil soreness...have practice now so we'll see how it feels later....

hey could u put ur pain in persepective for me just for my own knowledge, trying to decide if my situation is due to impure test vs. my bodies natural inflammatory reaction. like is it an irritating pain, like ur sore from a tough workout. or is the pain to the point where it inhibits u from goin' to the gym. cuz i am at the point where i am barely able to walk after my quad injects (300mg test e) pain last approx 4-5 days. only reason i'm still injecting is cuz i'm waiting for human grade to come in so i can continue my cycle, don't wanna scrap the cycle. had a couple of amps of human grade and had no prob at all with em'.
