painless test e 300mg/ml recipe

Looking to make a smooth 300mg/ml test e batch. GSO is carrier. Should I do 2%ba 18%bb? or 2%ba and 15% bb?

just made a batch of 250 which when i brew is never painless, also made 300, pinned 2 days ago and i cant tell which cheek i pinned
test-e 300mgs/ml 40ml
powder= 12gr
B.B. = 8ml (20%)
B.A. = 1.2ml (3%)
G.S.O./E.O. 50/50 24mls 12 each
