Partying, negative effects on training?

I go clubbing about every weekend, or every other weekend and I will not go to bed until 6am – 9 am the next day, but then I’ll sleep for a normal 8-10 hrs. I don’t drink, I don’t take any drugs, all I do is drink 3-4 energy drinks throughout the night. How does this affect my training performance, gains, bodybuilding/strength training in general? From a BB standpoint could this simply be viewed as a long period without food + cardio = catabolism? Should I eat a big meal before and after (800 Kcal+ each)? Thanks.

Bro...when the fcuk do you train?...lol

I take a barbell and some plates:laugh:

I didnt ask..."how" you train..i asked..."when" do you train. Are you training 4 days a week?...5 days a week?...what. Also, how the fcuk do you eat on the weekends if you party till 6 - 9 am..and then come home to sleep and get no food in you for another 8 hours. So you'll get up at like 5 5:30PM...and then eat how many meals?....hmmm.
Just sounds like you cut it close with your diet on the weekends. But it doesn't sound like you do it all weekend long...so i guess your fine. Just chill with the fcukkin' Red Bulls..or the Monsters...or the No Fears...or the NOSs...or whatever you drink...:40oz:

i would need cocaine to do that, i can't stay out late for the life of me...

LOL that's what i answered. it was a joke. I do Bill Starr's original 5x5 btw. I eat the same way on the weekends as normally except I up the calories by a lot each meal, + after i wake up in the afternoon i eat the same amount of calories that i would in a normal day until i go to sleep. I also eat after i get home/before i go to sleep.

if this is your partying routine then you have nothing to worry about. just consider it some extra cardio.

I agree.. if your not drinking and your getting enough sleep, your golden bro. No worries. How do feel the next day? If you good, mentally and physically, you should be good. Just listen to your body.

I agree if youre getting the rest and not drinking thats good, but damn, thats alot of energy drinks. Just like anything that stuff is ok in moderation but i might think about shutting that down a bit.

this thread reminds me of the kids who are heavy into BB but go out to clubs...they claim they are healthy bc they dont drink..just do massive amounts of K and G. I'd say your fine bro just make sure your training doesnt lack bc of the lack of sleep or energy.
