PCT Advice (Rui clomid/tamox

I'm just trying to plan my pct the correct way before I finish my cycle. I'm running test e 250 @1ml on Monday/Thursday along with Anastrozole (0.25 daily). What would the dosage be for liquid clomi/tamox post cycle? Everyone seems to have different opunions, thanks!
