PCT Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been taking 250mg Test E on and off for about a year. I just pinned my last one whihc was less then half of cc. I know I can get liquid Serms, question is how good are they? And what would be the best protocol to follow? Also is HCG a must? I heard good and bad. ANd when do I start the PCT.

Um...why were you taking it on and off...what exactly does that mean..2 weeks here...2 weeks there type thing....or 3months on and off?
