pct is sorted :) now any advise on this...i got 3.5weeeks left on ive been dieting for the last 8 lost 10kg body fat checks by calipers have verified mainly fat :) 98% fat my lift have really taken a beating the last 2 weeks rep range but strength on most lifts are the same im not enjoying my workouts im getting foggy all the time should i just start rebulking NOW!!!!! on good food with good amount of calories...ive worked out my tdee wich is about 3000-3200calories i want a sort of rebound effect round now as when i come off it might help if not let me know so i can eat lol been at low calories atm 2000-2500calories 3J help zeek input :)
