Peanut Butter before bed?

Hello,

Im trying to gain lean mass at the same time maintain my calorie intake which has been disorganized due to school.

Would you think that peanut butter is a good mass dealer for bedtime?

I figure its slow digesting protein and high fat.

Help would be good?
 
PB stops my shit up. Can't shit for a week.

If you're a broke ass, then yeah it'll work. But better to get ur protein from unprocessed meats or quality powders.
 
Peanuts contain the most Aflatoxins (is a Mycotoxin, basicly a cancer causing substance) found in natural foods. The good peanuts are sold in whole form like at ballgames and shit. The damaged peanuts are ground up into Peanut butter. I've read alot of studies and have conducted one or two where aflatoxins have been a major factor in health related issues.
 
Some of the other suggestions above would be better but if you do, at least make sure it's natural PB not the sugar laced crap.
 
I have a jar of peanut butter by my bed with a spoon...If I wake up in the night and want to knaw my arm off...this is what I eat...(i'm bulking up :))
