just get a tub of chocolate protien power and a jar of large penut butter and some honey and if ur feeling froggy put some creatine powder in there too... put the jar of peanut butter in a bowl add the powdered protein, creatine then about half to a whole jar of honey and kneed that shit with ur hands untill you get a doughey texture... then roll into even sized balls put in a tupperware container and slap those bitches in the fridge... good for breakfast, snacks or lunch!
