Peptide Calculator for 40-Insulin Syringes

Hey there... the Peptide Calc here in forum is good, but I cant change the tick marks to 40...
I want to dose IGF LR3 @ 40MCG (mixed with 1ml ac 0.6%)
But the calc here has 50 tick marks....
Anyone could help me?

Are you sure it's 40 and not 50 ticks per cc/ml?
If it is in fact 40 ticks; each tick would be 2.5IU.
1mg dissolved in 1cc would equate to 10mcg per IU. 2.5IU = 25mcg (one tick), 5IU = 50mcg (2 ticks). It's going to be difficult to dose 40mcg instead of 50, you would need to aim for 1.6 ticks.
