Photo orientation, always sideways?

Why when I try to upload pictures they are always rotated sideways, my avatar? My album always rotate themselves

Like to do a trestobol log, but I'm not posting every picture sideways. I've even rotated and saved it in my phone, thinking it would come out straight, lol
