Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Hamstrings
Thursday - Arms/Rear Delts
Friday - Shoulders
Saturday - Glutes/Hamstrings/Rear Delts
Sunday - Off
I also do my Calves 3 times a week and abs twice a week. I also do cardio for an hour Monday - Sunday
