Make sure to get 2 or 3 more inches per side on your back for symetry.

looks good, but need to work on those legs. People should work as hard on their legs as they do upper body. you should build from base up but what do I know...
 
You have a lot of issues wrapping your knees? I'm not sure how you do it, but it takes me all of about 20 second a knee... I only use them on my sets above 400, so it doesn't take me too much time or effort.

not actually wrapping them but rolling them back up nice and tight is a pain in the ass.

not an excuse at all bro.,...i was just explaining why on leg day im in the gym for 2hrs...why do u think i wrap the ? so i can go heavy and that what iv been doing the last 4-5 months bc b4 that i had bird legs...lol

since then i dedicated every Monday for legs and haven't missed a leg or any other body part for that matter in that long...i w/o m-f weekends off, that's my beach time...i just posted pics of my legs yesterday...i intend to put a little more size (i wanna stay symmetrical) on them and then ill cut them up along with the rest of my body for long summer here in FL...

and why does it matter how long i train for ? To each his own !!

LOL i WAS JUST GIVING U SHIT! i don't set any speed records when I do squats either - except wed- I had to share the squat rack with this guy who was about 25 y.o.!n and quick as a brown fox... he took about 3 mins to do his reps and I was up again... but then he was pushing 135 and I was pushing 225 + hahahaha
 
Jesus man how do you take 800mg of test and stay at 165 lbs? Do you not eat? Pics look good, you definitely look huge for your weight.
