Hey bros, what BF do you think I am?

I want to go for a Prop Only 100 or 150 EOD. I think I may be ready?? I've been dropping since Aug 1. Do you think I still need to drop more or do you think I can get a way w/ a cycle?

I'm not sure, if I should hold off or just go for it. As you can see I have a decent amount of muscle (not a flabby 18-24%) and I know increased test is associated w/ decreased bf...

I'd say lose a bit more off the stomach before you start..get the diet really clean. legs and arms are lookin pretty solid.

up the cardio and diet bro...def on your way. good luck.
 
from research i would say lose get down to to under 20%. like areound 15-18 but a guy on here had more bf than u do and cycled and the results were great, he got more lean and gained muscle. id say he dropped a good 5-10% bf
 
Frazier, if you had to guess, what bf do you think I'm at? You can be completely honest, that's what I'm here for. Thanks for any input..
