Hey guys , I realy need a little help here from anyone that can give some advice. I am 27 , trained almost 4 years . Im about 5'7" and 210lb . Im on a high protein diet and eat overall fairly well .Taking 500mg test e per week. Id like to do a cut for the summer . Ive never counted my calories , I just know how much to eat to maintain my current weight . If anyone can help me with this :
1) How would u guys go about dropping bf and maintaining most muscle possible ?
2) Do u guys think I should cut while on cyce right now ? (this is my third cycle)
3) anyone have any clue on bf% and how much I may need to lose to trim up .
4) currently 210lb , just have SO much more mental problems with losing the size and strength from cutting ( even though u look better trimmed up)
PLease help if you can , I just want to lean out a bit . Im thinking I may eat a little below maintenance and keep hitting the weights . I generally will drop fat just from training and eating well (below maintenance) . Any ideas what I can do . Please and thanks greatly appreciated !!!

Ha! When my eye first caught the last pic I thought it was an pic of an ass. :-)

You're looking good. Hopefully your lower body is on par with your upper body.

I think what my biggest problem is I like to keep my mass until the last minute. Then when the time comes all I do is cut my calories (eat less) and I lose weight , but im fairly sure im losing muscle and huge strength that way too . I need to do a proper cut within maybe a 2 month time starting now . And yes , I train legs just as hard (probably harder then upper body) . I eat a fair amount of carbs during the day ( complex ) but my main meals always revolve around high protein .

I'm in a rush but,

2) I sure as fuck would not cut off cycle! 500mg Test is fine to cut on and will suffice, but in all honesty I would much rather and will be myself doing a cut on 250mg Test plus 400mg Masteron per week and/or 50-100mg Anavar daily. Make sure you use an AI alongside the test. With the low dose Test plus either of those compounds along with a diet to suit you should be pleased with the end result.

4) You can't bulk forever man. Unless you wanna have that stocky, powerlifting style look. Bite the bullet and just do it.

Thank you man appreciate it guys , but how would u guys suggest to go about doing it with diet ? Should I slowly eat a little less , because I don't count calories . Im only good at knowing how much to eat daily to maintain ( but by instinct) . I don't realy know how to go about starting so I don't lose muscle in the process .

You can cut without counting calories.

However, you're making it harder, not easier on yourself if you don't learn to do it at least while dieting/cutting. If you don't - you're just guessing and it is not as efficient.

Ive heard alot of good things about the hitt program. Keeping most if not all muscle and dropping fat in the process.

Bite the bullet and start counting calories, thank me later ;)

what bryann said check out that hitt program I am going to be doing that very soon here once my snow goes away before my cycle later but I heard you keep muscle mass but loose the fat anyone else on this?

Hiit or tabata are great tools, but they are each only a single tool in your belt. Count your macros. Find out your maintenance cals and do it the right way. Best way to do it. That way if you feel you're losing too much strength and/or muscle you could lessen the deficit and cut the fat a bit more slowly. Cutting off cycle is no bueno.

I know how you feel with the mental aspect of cutting man i always feel so small and hate that i can't lift as much makes me feel so insecure but as the guys said you can't bulk forever you've got to let all that hard work shine.
If you know how much you need to maintain your weight then just drop the calories a little each week, in saying that i highly recomend you work out your body fat % and lean body mass, just ask one of the trainers at your gym to show you how to do the pinch test then go buy some yourself and do it every couple of weeks then work out your lbm and make sure your losing fat and not muscle, it's really easy to do once you know how.
Good luck bro your looking pretty tank now anyway be interesting to see what bf you are at now.

If you wanna keep it simple and not count or lower your calories drastically.. Simply replace your carb portions of your meals with more protein and veggies (or protein dense carbs like black beans).
So instead of having steak and a potatoe or tuna and rice,, drop the potatoe and rice and add veggies, a larger portion of the steak/tuna, and perhaps cottage cheese..

You can maintain the same amount of calories you've been by replacing your carbs with more protein and veggies to maintain your mass. But your Body will begin using your own stored body fat as energy instead of the carbs you've been eating (and if you feel less energy in the gym,, it's only because you've tricked your body all these years by relying on carb based food for energy instead of fat.. Something that is the norm today, relying on processed carbs, but wasn't 5000 years ago)

Once your body begins using stored fats for energy, you'll cut.. While still eating a sufficient amount to maintain mass

i like what roush said. our bodies adapt. to heavier training schedules, high volume, different types of eating, everything. swap out some of your carbs for protien, make your body adapt. and up the cardio. you'll shred given where you're at now.

Thank you guys for all your help , realy appreciate it . I think I am going to put an effort in to either count my cals , incorporate more cardio into my routine and possible switch up some carbs for more protein . I will give a shot to what u guys all suggested , and ill post back in a few weeks with any progress . Thanks again , btw arms are a bit shy of 18"for Noob84.
