Was doing 5on2off, chest,back,legs,bicep tricep, deadlift
Now im doing HIT 4on3off, dropsets failure more reps. Just to mix things up, i just spend 30minutes today doing chest,tricep,shoulder. Its nice if you like pain.
Everything is small haha. Im currently working my legs with only squats and hacksquats like 14sets(10reps) total with 30sec rest in between and 2min between excercise it`s already paying off so im gonna stick to this protocol for the moment and see how much i can gain on my legs. New pics will be here when im doing low carb.
After some cutting, legs still arent great. Working hard on it, have noticed that doing 10sets with 30secs in between @ squat works much better on packing up mass on my legs, will continue doing this on my next cycle (starting saturday for 4weeks)
