This is my last day of enjoying football with wine and all sorts of food. I'm a newbie and I'm starting strictly running and dieting. No gear yet. I'm not ready. It would be a waste. First week I'm dieting on fish and running a mile a night. I'm using an app to use to help me keep track of how far I run. This is the pic I need to look at for motivation
