Hey guys, this will be my 2nd cycle, 1st journal. Not gunna feed you guys with alot of bs. Lets get to it!
10 week cycle
1-10 Sustanon (sust) 250 tues/fri
7-12 var 40 Ed
12-16 clomid
I'm looking to gain 10-15lbs and keep it. Also to lean up a bit. And of course strength.

Lifting 5+ years
I keep track of my 4 main lifts and I super set and try to progress on them.
My rep/ set goes 8 6 4 2 4 6 8
Bench 135x8 225x6 275x4 315x2
Military 135x8 185x6 225x4 275x2
Dead lift 135x8 225x6 315x4 405x2
Squat 135x8 225x6 315x4 405x2
