The shipping is reasonable and the packing is just fine. It doesn't matter how much bubble wrap you use, a 200lb man stepping on a pack is going to break something. At least that's my guess on why we get broken vials sometimes. (I've gotten one broken vial out of well over 60 vials from them; that's not a bad track record considering it's not even their fault.)

I do want to stress that this is NOT a pinnacle only occurrence, and unfortunately scammers have decided this is a way to get free gear from trusting labs. Sucks that they messed it up for the honest folks that have genuine issues.

My package was actually delivered to the wrong address and it wasn't Pinn's fault but the idiots that delivered it. Pinn made it right in a few days. Gear was amazing as always. One of the best labs out there.

DAMN! This scares me kinda..I live in a townhome complex with group mailboxs and always get somebody elses shit. I have an order from before labor day i am waiting for and this exact thought has crossed my mind. I know he was backed up during the sale so i keep my fingers crossed everytime i go to the box. Have another order to pay for but waiting for this one first now lol.

Was really only about 50 bucks of powder. Just really sucked :/ . I had just finished everything up and had my black lab locked in the bathroom. Let him out since he was barking. He went crazy and tripped me as I was walking to put the stuff away in the closet. Probably wouldnt have broken if I had just dropped it. The fact that you try to catch yourself with your hands before you hit then ground, and the vial was in my hand was the problem.

Dang! Can we get in trouble if someone else receives our package? I guess maybe that's why they say to put a fake name on the receiving end of transaction but will the mailman still put it in my box if its got someone else name but correct addy?

I think thats just to the individual postman. My prior residence was a house that we bought brand new in a brand new subdivision in Houston. after 2 years we still got mail with our address but the name was always totally different. It was always letters no packages but was always stumped by how it could be.

Don't stress it man. Mine got backed up because of Labor Day and sale. Got it bout a week ago it gtg!!
