Pinnacle Shredded Mass

The owner of a gym I belong to is trying to get me to purchase some suppliments call "Shredded Mass" by Pinnacle. I have done some research its creatine and a number of other suppliments all in one. I was curious if anyone here has heard of it or tried it. He is claiming that I could put on 5lbs of lean mass that I will keep. Now could this be true or is he blowing smoke just to make a sale.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

the name in itself is an oxymoron. What they are telling you is that youre going to get ultra low bodyfat while putting on lots of mass. The description of it at bb.com is hilarious.

What I gather from the ingredients is that its a glorified creatine...although it does have some useful ingredients such as NAC, Glutamine peptides, L tyrosine, taurine, and ALA.

Ive never liked anything from pinnacle myself, but at least the stuff is relatively cheap ($34).

Personally, I already take 1g L-tyrosine and 200mg caffeine pre workout and 3g of CEE, 5g glutamine peptides, 3g BCAAs, 600mg NAC, and 1g vitamin C PWO and I like the way it works. Even though separtly its a little more expensive, I have A LOT more of each product, and I know how much im taking in. With pre made "blends" you dont know....thats why the come up with a name for their blend so they dont have to list how much of each ingredient is in it.
