Pinning help!!!

Hey guys i need help with pinning im currently running a test prop, test e and tren e cycle. I was just wondering can i just pin quads (left and right) everytime i pin which is monday, wednesday and friday cause i cant pin glutes or delts cause im not that flexiable and it really is a mess when i pin there lol. Does anyone do this just pin one site all the time? ill roatate from left to right quad if i have to. Thanks.
 
Pinning prop you need more than just two sites to rotate between otherwise youre going to build up plenty of scar tissue in no time. If you were just pinning long esters twice a week you would be ok to rotate quad to quad. I wouldnt reccomend it pinning EOD though. Check out www.spotinjections.com for some good info on pinning.
 
ye bro i know i about scar tissue already got one there lol. And i've done 3 Test e 500 mg 12 weeks and test e, dbol and deca 12 weeks. Lookin to add some slin in my cycle to got some on hand and got it for free lol. I know its serious stuff but im a serious guy i have already competed once as a ameature.
 
IMHO if you have the experience that you claim to have then you shouldnt have even had to ask tbhe question about rotating just between quads like that. You need to research more. You dont care about scar tissue? What about receptor burnout?
 
ok wtfs that and dont expect me to know what that it is. Im not a fuckin scientist goin on here everyday researchin i know what i need to know i research enough im under a pro bb and he tells me everything but im just wonderin what the forums would say.
 
Prop in the mix kinda throws the 2x/wk pin schedule off first of all. And are you seriouly stating that you cannot sit in a chair, twist alittle and pin your delts. Even fatty 2ton can acheive this sort of pin. If you get any pip in your quads your gonna want to avoid them. You should practice/stretch alittle if you cannot reach your ass or delts considering those are the 2 easiest/less painfull pinning areas.
 
Ok i cant pin my ass cause i have had back surgery recently and its hard for me to even turn 180. Could i rotate between delts and quads.
