Pinning on leg day...

My new routine involves doing legs on a Saturday.

As part of my leg routine I do some pretty horrific squats (super squats rock!)

Is it best to pin before doing legs, or after?

Any advice appreciated!

Screw that I always do it after, because if I accidentally hit a nerve then my leg workout is shot.
 
I love injecting quads. I find it the easiest place to pin. I sit down on the sofa with leg extended, dart it in to the outer upper thigh, aspirate, inject, massage. Easy.

I then go for a long(ish) walk to help move it around and the next morning 20/30 mins on the treadmill/elliptical machine.

It's the most painless and easiest area for me. I might have to try delts next...

I squat on sundays, and have been pinning every other day so i to have to rotate. I pin before the workout and its usually a mental boost for me. I use the ventro glute site, for me if its a little sore i can still sit down, its easy to reach, and doesn't really affect my workouts.
 
I love legs, used to hit glutes and delts but as I get bigger I start having trouble reaching my ass lol. Legs are easy to reach :D
