I let me start with this. You need to do exactly what I say. Don't change it modify it or disagree. I promise this will work. I promise!

14-16 weeks test e 500 mg/w 2 injections. Don't question it just do it. Again this is optimal for really really good gains. Sides will be low and toxicity will be next to nil

Run arimadex .25 mg every other day. If you feel bloated or gyno up it to .5 mg eod. This will control estro and let you grow as well estro is your friend.

Lift heavy. Anyone who says volume training works I will ways disagree with.

Moderate low intensity cardio.

2g protein per body pound. Eat pretty high carbs on training days. Like 300-350. This will help you grow.

18 days after last pin run nolvadex 40/40/30/20 daily for 4 weeks.

This^^^ what he said!!!! 10 weeks is definately not long enough in my opinion!!!! You aren't getting GREAT GREAT results till around 8 weeks anyway and your body needs time to get USED to the EXTRA weight!!! ELASTIN which is what your skin and muscle tendon etc has in it that is formed by collagen etc does NOT like to be stretched to shapes it is not used to and will want to go back fast!!! The longer you can keep the weight on the better your body trains itself to CONSUME and USE extreme amounts of calories, and HOLD the weight you have put on!!! 3 vials Test E run ALL three vials 15 weeks, LISTEN to the advise above and you will be TWICE as happy with the results as a 10 week cycle!!! KEEP MORE I promise!!!

And if you get your gear from Pinnacle then bro you can take 400mg weekly and you will gain more than your friends at 500mg weekly of MOST other products!!! Not all but I promise MORE labs are UNDERDOSERS than are ACCURATE dosers!!! So be very very cautious. Pinnacles rep speaks volumes so......

I've always used OTC supplements and I just want to make that the supplements I'm using wouldn't affect or diminish my use with Test-E and maybe you guys could suggest what I should keep and remove from my stack.

Scivation X-tend BCAA
Now ZMA
Driven Sports Craze

I recently finished 12 weeks of APE and then used tongkat ali for 1 week.

From the listed supplements is there anything I should take off or add?

My cycle will consist of:


Test-E 500ml per week
Arimidex .25 every other day

PCT:

Nolva - 40/40/30/20, 18 days
 
And also, this my sound messed up but my mom had breast cancer. She has a lot of Anastrozle. Would you use it? I'm not doing this to be a dlck just out of curiousity
