please advise on training with 1st cycle

hi,

i'm about to start my first cycle of steroids, dianabol and deca for 8weeks.
i'm 23, 6ft 2, 215lbs with 14%bf.

at the moment i train weights 3 times p/week doing each bodypart once.
i'm planning to move to 5days training per week when i start my cycle.
still do each bodypart once per week but increase the volume substantially.
how many sets would be appropriate per bodypart?
will i achieve superior gains if i train on a 3day split one day off and do each bodypart twice per week or is it too easy to overtrain?
please advise.

Are you running dbol for 8 weeks too? If so I'd run that a max of 6 weeks as it is a 17aa. From my experiences, if I train each musclce more than once a week then I usually overtrain and actually lose size. With the exception of calves. Many people train them 2-3x a week.
 
dont change your routine. increase weight moved with added strength. i am not a dbol fan because of the let down as soon as adminstration stops. deca is great as it gives lasting gains. youd be better off doing some test instead of dbol. there is some let down off of test but no where near as bad as dbol. if you are set on dbol you can eat them for as long as you like if you will supp with ala and or milkthistle. good luck with your first juice experience.
