Hi
I am new to the forum, please help :)

i intend on taking dianaball 10mg.
my question is whether i can take it alone and expect good results.

For improved results can i take a supplement with it?

Or should i take it with Testosterone?

Anxious for some good advice
 
Take it w/test. Dbol is not a base, it's mainly used to "kick start" or embelish a cycle. Dbol has it's uses but in your case, it wouldn't do much.

standard dosage is 50mg mixed w/ some form of test

if it's your 1st cycle just do the test-preferably some form of long acting like cyp. or enanth. or sust.

Test only for a first cycle is the standard advise. As far as not being able to gain off just 10mgs of D-bol, I've seen guys gain 10lbs with that low a dose. 50 mgs of D is a bit too high IMO to be regarded as a standard dose. I would say 25-35 for a beginner.

I cant say I totally disagree with with D-bol only as a primer for beginners. Though we know test is the way as far as being able to retain gains better and over all more controllable/ predictable sides....Some guys need to take baby steps first, we all know 90% of them will graduate after their first taste of any aas.

I have a guy at my gym that has been taking D-bol only cycles for the past 25yrs and Finlay graduated to injects...lol...he's done pretty well with just D-bol , I was pretty surprised when he told me, I wouldn't have thought it could have taken him that far.
 
thanks, guys but please advise is it 50mg per day or week?

i will definitely be doing test ethane with dbol, what dose of each should be taken daily and at what intervals?
 
i have tried this already and most sites say dbol and test, with a dose attached to it, i will be doing this but need reassurance from the guys thsat know, like yourselves.
 
If you don't mind extra fat and water weight gain go with d-bol. If your like most people and you aren't into a big face and love handles ditch the d-bol. That being said if you are after huge gains and you don't have a tendency for fat gain, do it. You can always stop the d-bol at anytime, thats the advantage of orals.
 
Thanks Racer, this will be very useful to me, i definitely dont have a fat gain tendency, so i will take an 8 week cycle,with dbol and introduce test after 4 weeks.

No, you need to start your test in the very beginning. And d-bol doesn't induse fat retention, you will retain water though. Since you plan on running test anyway ditch the d-bol and run a test only cycle @ 400-500mg per week. If i were you I would research this board much more first. Never mind google use the search function here, your going to need it.

To be honest your no where near ready to start a cycle, you dont even have the most basic knowledge. How old are you?, how long have you been training?, what is your body fat %, what do you weigh and how is your diet???
 
why not run 250-300mg of test for 10 weeks and use the D-bol during weeks 1-4 at 30mg a day 50 is pretty high IMO, anything over 40-45 is just asking for more sides.
 
i am 25, weight of 60kg, body fat of 11%, been training on and off for 3 years but training consistently now for 5 months, my diet good be better, 5 meals a day, high carb, high protein.

i have reached a stagnant stage and cannot grow more, i tried everything and i am not putting on any gains....

If you can't gain while you are off, you probably won't gain while on. You need to eat more. If you can't eat enough to gain, then steroids will be a waste of time. At most, you might get a little bit of a recomp effect, and perhaps some additional strength, but... waste of time, in my opinion. You really have to have your diet and training dialed in just right if you are going to run a cycle and have it be worthwhile.

This plan is not so great. If anything you want to start them both at the same time because you will not feel the effects of test until the 3rd or 4th week.

You also will not want to run dbol longer than 5 weeks. I have almost always quit taking them before I had planned to because my kidneys start aching no matter how much water I drink.

Thirdly 8 week cycle is pretty short considering your test kicks in after 4 weeks, this is minimal time to grow before starting post cycle therapy (pct) so perhaps gear isn't the best option considering side effects and cost. Try at least 10 weeks, but I prefer 12.

Lastly if you cannot grow any bigger after only 5 serious months of training, you need to REALLY reconsider your training habits and routines and probably your diet as well.
 
Thanks but......

My problem is that i cannot grow beyond a certain point even after 12 months of serious training, thats why i have been off and on. my height is 1.65m. my diet definitely needs work and i have realised that before, but surely with my current diet i should be improving by at least a kilo at the bare minimum a month, which i am not, my weight is staying just there at 60 but the strength is increasing, i have changed my training activities 3 times in the last 5 months and i have found a routine that really works for me in every other area besides growth.

i have been trying natural and been increasing my diet (now to 6 meals) but sill nothing comes out of it as far as gains are concerned.

What should i do????
 
Bro, subscribe to Muscle magazine or something. They always have new training routines and diet suggestions every month. Your biggest problem..you need to put on WEIGHT. at this point don't even worry about lean mass. any kind of mass is good for you! Think about changing WHAT you eat. 60kg is very skinny. Maybe even consider taking weight gainer. Lots of starches like potatoes. Eat cheeseburgers if you gotta... just eat. and drop all cardio that you are doing also until you stack on some more pounds. Stick to power-lifting. If you can do 10 reps... you need to be lifting more weight!! Get a routine where you power lift Everyday one muscle group. Once you can start putting on a few pounds you probably will never lose them.
 
Thanks for all the help, i have decided on not doing a cycle right now rather increase, increase and increase my diet and i will be taking some weight gainers and mass builders.
maybe change by routine as well.........thanks guys!
