Please help. I don't know how I should approach this. Test/tren/winny

Hey guys, here is my cycle layout:

250 mg test prop/week 1-12
100 mg Winstrol (winny) e/d 1-6
75 mg tren ace eod 4-12

3rd cycle, 5'7, 178, 13.5% body fat.

I am currently on week 4 of this cycle and have gained 8 lbs with a loss of .5% bf. whoever says that Winstrol (winny) doesn't add mass in high doses is full of shit. Just did my first dose of 75 mg tren eod.

I have been trying to gain muscle and lose bf and it has worked pretty well (600 above maintenance on workout days and 600 below maintenance on off days.

I was wondering if I could eat at maintenance at tren and see fat loss and muscle gain. My goal is to get down to 9-10% while keeping the same weight.

There have been several studies done (not on humans as Tren isn't officially approved for human use) on rats and cattle etc, that prove when estrogen is kept to a minimum trenbolone will completely disable novo lipogenesis (the conversion of carbs into fat)

Yeah you heard me right... Ill say it again. If estrogen is kept low, meaning take an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) even with your low dose of test, trenbolone will not allow carbs to be stored as fat, even when eating over maintenance amounts of carbohydrates. Meaning the only way you will gain body fat is if your dietary fat (the fat you eat in foods) is too high.

That being said keep your estrogen low, dietary fat low, while eating high carbs and protein (be prepared to sweat A LOT if on high carbs) and you will lose body fat while gaining muscle.

Icecreamfitness did an interesting video on this topic, which is where I first learned of this. I did some follow-up research and its true.

I wasn't aware of the studies, thanks for the post on them. Speaking from experience, it is possible to gain muscle and lost fat with trenbolone. Having said that, trying to do both at once is an inefficient way to get where you want to go. A more efficient way is to focus on either muscle gain or fat loss at one time. Accept some fat gain when bulking and accept some muscle loss when cutting.
