Please help me interpret these blood test results

After reading everything I could on this forum, I decided to go and get some blood work done. However, I'm having trouble interpreting the lab tests.

First, a bit of background:

I'm an expat living in China.
- 23 years old
- 6'1, around 165 pounds
- No smoking. Minimal drinking.
- Lift 2-3 times a week. Meditate for 20 minutes every day.
- Diet is relatively healthy. I juice fruit and vegetables every morning. Fish oil, D3 + a can of sardines every day. ZMA at night before bed.
- Usually get 8+ hours of sleep a night.
- No previous steroid use. No medication.

Ever since my teenage years, I have lacked energy. I get exhausted physically and mentally very easily. I struggle with depression. Quality sleep comes and goes, but often I need 9-10 hours to feel truly well rested. The changes I've made in my lifestyle over the past year have done wonders, but I still don't feel "optimal".
This is why I have decided to look into TRT.

Without further ado, here my blood test results. This is from a good hospital in Shanghai, China. With the doc's help, I translated the values into the standard international format. My result followed by the optimal range.

T3:-----1.83-----1.3 - 3.1 nmol/L

T4:-----110.9----66.0 - 181.0 nmol/L

FT3:----5.6-------2.8 - 7.1 pmol/l

FT4-----20.7------12.0 - 22.0 pmol/l

TSH-----0.750-----0.27 - 4.2 uIU/mL

LH-------3.93------1.7 - 8.6 mIU/ml

FSH------2.6-------1.5 - 12.4 mIU/ml

Testosterone---------25.37----9.9 - 27.8 nmol/L

Looking at the results, I can't seem to find the big total testosterone number. It seems the results are in a different format to those in America.

Doc said everything was fine, but I'd love to get some input from you guys.

Your testosterone level seems very good.

Has your doctor looked at you Cortisol level and tried a ACTH stimulation test?

What are your B12 and D3 levels?

Why a can of sardines every day?

Thanks for the replies everyone. It's a relief to know that my test levels are good. I guess that rules out TRT.

@sanipalo I will ask him to do the other tests you mentioned. I am not sure what my B12 and D3 levels are but I take a bunch of D3 globules and a B-Complex tablet every day. I mentioned sardines because they come with a lot of good Omega-3 fats.

Converted to ng/dl your Total Testosterone is 730. That is a good number. It doesn't look like Low T is you issue.

Have you ever had a sleep study done? If you have sleep apnea it can cause a lot of your symptoms.

Your thyroid looks good too.

Do you know what is causing your depression? Have you sought help?

Thyroid is optimal. TT is nice.
make sure you are getting enough saturated fats, zinc, b6 in your diet.
get a sleep study too.
Testosterone is not your problem.
if you want get bio avail testosterone and free testosterone checked early a.m.
get estradiol and prolactin checked and let us know what it is.
