Please Help... Need an ultimate cutting cycle

Hi everyone,
here are my state
23y/o
190lbs
6'3"
12% bf

I need a short cutting cycle for my competition. I have done clem,t3,winny in the past.

I want to shred my body fat and get it to 6-8%. and also reduce water content to get that ripped look.

I've been reading forums for quite a while now and could come up with three options

1) Winstrol (winny), clen and t3 cycle
2) Winstrol (winny), test-p clen and t3 cycle
3) test-p, trenA, clen and t3 cycle

What do you guys suggest and how much AAS is required for a 4 or 6 week cycle.

adding masteron can be effective ?

you need to research more. diet wasn't even mentioned. water retention also has A LOT to do with that "ripped" look.
 
My diet would be high protein low carb and low fats.
it goes like this

Before workout: carb bar
After workout: whey protein isolate

break fast: oatmeal, 5 egg whites

mid morning snack: 1 fruit

lunch: grilled chicken 700 gms

mid afternoon snack: almonds/ protein bar

evening meal: 2 fruits

dinner: 10 egg whites, boiled veggies

before bed: caesin
 
Think you need alittle more research...but my favorite cutting cycle is test/tren/mast/var....

Cutting is about diet/cardio though.
 
If you want to be contest ready, you have to WEIGH and LOG everything you eat by the gram. That comes first and foremost. You can't just inject a bunch of hormones and pray everything will work out.

And if you're lean enough, there's no need to drop water weight. At 4% BF, your body CAN'T store water except inside the muscles (which is something you want to look more full and vascular). But if you're planning to walk on stage with 8% BF, you might as well stay home, watch a movie and eat some popcorn instead.
 
For pre comp. cycle I recommend...

Test/200mgs/wk
Tren/600mgs/wk
Mast/600mgs/wk
Anavar/80mgs/Ed
Winstrol/50mgs/Ed injectable winstrol

This is a very advanced pre comp cycle!!!!
I don't recommend for anyone except advanced users!!

I donot want advanced cutting cycles. But an intermediate cycle of about 3-4 weeks to get that ultra ripped look. (like brad pitt from fight club .lol)
i have done my research too but i have come across many cycles (8-12 weeks) with different combinations but not a shorter cycle.

Please advice.

Your 6'3"190lbs bro, You need to spend some time in the nutrition forum and worry and focus on that instead of cycles.
