Totally disgusted right now. I haven't been in the gym in over 5 years. I just joined a great gym. I've been eating pretty clean for the past week. Any suggestions on a strict diet. I just stepped off the scale and weighed in at 307.6 lbs. My heaviest ever. The majority of my weight is in my midsection! PLEASE HELP!!!

Workout routine?
Any Cardio?

Also might want to lost up your normal eating habits. What's your daily menu look like.
