Test only is a good option. Winstrol (winny) sucks fat balls, unless its used precomp to shed the extra water or with some cycles at only 10 mg a day but it doesn't apply here.
Winny will make tendons larger/thicker but brittle, so injury is a big risk, plus it does nothing for body fat. Like mentioned its just a visual effect while using because water comes off. But it will return fast.
Three options I would look at;
1: test only 500-600 mg, with an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (preferably aromisin) to manage estro, then a full pct of torem or clomid, and you can add nolva to either which works in a different way than the other two. I also recommend Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 250iu twice a week during every cycle and a blast at the end.
2. Test and ana Anavar (var) , 500-600mg/week with Anavar (var) at 60mg a day. Same as above with Aromatase inhibitor (AI) etc. but ana Anavar (var) is relatively mild on sides, doesn't convert to estro, will increase strength, but you will have little gains but they are lean mass and easy to hold. The reason I mention this is it can aid in reducing abdominal fat and is proven to do so, but that doesn't mean you can take it, have a shitty diet and end up with a six pack, you will have to work just as hard, but its a good compound in a calorie deficit, which you should be at maintenance calories or below if trying to cut fat, the AAS are there to preserve muscle and hopefully add some.
3. Is test and NPP. Npp is deca or nandrolone with a short ester, this is by far my favorite oil. Most guys do not get the bloating the do with deca, but it needs to be used 3 days a week, like M/W/F. Your test should be split into two injects.
Npp is great for building size and strength but at the same time you can diet and do cardio and lean out, drop bf, and still add some size. This is not very harsh at all, but if you don't stick to a good diet and training program then it's a waste and may be to complicated for you at this point. Still an option to attain your goals, just dose at 75mg 3 x a week, this will help joints as well. But needs to be stopped about two weeks before test.
Most important is diet. Plain and simple. No AAS will ever just attain your goal, it's all about diet and training, if size was your only goal, diet is still number one but some would argue about AAS doses.
Honestly test at 300mg a week would maintain mass while in a calorie deficit, still with an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), and allow you to focus on shedding bf and keeping the mass you have. I always say proviron is a good option to this because it lowers shbg which increases free test, thevtestvyour body uses, making the test more effective. It also can add a hardened look to muscle, increase libido or sensation but also inadvertently has some anti estro properties but doesntvreplavd an Aromatase inhibitor (AI).
I'm just showing you that there are so many options but at the end of the day test and diet will do all you can ask for, others may as to it but without a good diet forget it. And if you steal ready carrying extra bf, which people are usually about 2-3% more than they guess, thrn keep in mind, more bf means more aromatase enzymes, which test will attach to and be converted to estro, so higher bf or propensity to gain fat easily usually means estro seems to come on stronger and faster. So an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is important. You can cut on dbol if you have the right diet, but cutting is simply keeping the body anti catabolic, whole dropping bf in order to maintain as much muscle as possible.
I would say you should stick around and have a lot to learn but we've all been there, we all have genetic limits we have to deal with and you have to work extra hard to get past those. I'd keep it simple on the gear and focus on diet. You could get with 3j and have him take care of your diet, or you can go with trial and error and find out what works for you but the gear is an aid and won't do the job.
