Im contacting you because you are the first board (musclechemistry)to come
out with a statement to protect you members. The important issue here is
that the guy named chem is a liar he lied to me and now Im going to call him
on it. I dont want anyone to get into trouble that is not my intention, my
intentions are to make aware of the problems with the people that do not
care what they sell or who they sell it to. After my son got one of these
kits and my credit card was used illegally by whomever obtained it I took it
upon myself to get this guy. Ive never recieved a email from him asking me
what I want or how he can clear this matter up so I hope you will make it
clear to everyone. Here is what I want...

I want a public appollogy made to me and everyone else he has lied to, it
will be placed on the entrance and on the ordereing page of his site, it
will be placed on the two major boards musclechemistry and anabolex.com with
the threads named FINAKITS/RESEARCH KITS INFORMATION BREECH they locked as
so no comments can be made and remain at the top . It will remain up for
two weeks and at the end of that time I will destroy the information I have
properly,, the way it should have been destroyed. Here is the catch,, in
his appology he will tell the truth, I know the truth as I have boxes of it
sitting in a secure place. Do you need more proof. Just let me know what you
want. This evening I will post the oldest order I have on my site for all to
see. His appology should be straight to the point and truthfull about what
has happened. No blaming, no bs. I know the truth. Dont think for one
second that I wont do what I say. I will post a copy of this email on the
site tonight so you know its legit. IM PISSED. I really dont care what
anybody does in their personal time but when it affects me or my family
thats when it gets personal. I wont back down so lets do what needs to be
done.

Not the address listed in whois, but that number on howard ave doesn't exist. But in pittsburgh, Robert Davis (name on site registration) and Lorie Davis, who supposedly sent the email, live in Monroeville a SE suburb of Pittsburgh.

This is all public record information BTW.

So her "son" stole her credit card to buy an aroma kit, and then some other "unauthorized" charges show up, but somehow, she doesn't suspect her son....

LOL, I could probably get them, since a rough house layout is part of the records of most appraisal districts, if not you can still get them from the original building permits :)

Yeah, I'm a freak. Took about 10 minutes to find the data (I was looking in the wrong county tax records at first), don't really like all the information that is publically available, but hey, they started it :)

I'm all worked up for a big day at the gym once my stuff gets out of the dryer. Pretty sure I'm a type-A+++, just don't piss me off! :)

Access to the freeway isn't great, you have to cut through the entire subdivision to get out, so you'll have to plan ahead :)

the address is bunk (according to the www.usps.gov, and mapquest), but it is easy to put a fake address in the contact information, the name can be harder to get away with due to credit card payment, but still can be done fairly easily. There just happen to be a Robert and Lorie Davis that live in Pittsburg. Also, if the info is false, they are in violation of the registration TOS and can have their domain cancelled.

If I were chem, I'd go after them for violation of the jumpline TOS that they agreed to when signing up too:

Who proof reads their TOS... It should be Libelous instead of Slanderous, but either way they're violating that too.
