I have been training seriously since June 15th, 2014.
Before that I trained for 9 months as a beginner, then I fell off for about 9 months.

Lifts:
BB Bench 235x6
Deadlift 315X5
Squat 275x5

I feel as if my squat and deadlift are abnormally weak.

My goals by the end of this year are:
Bench 315x5
Deadlift 405x5
Squat 405x5

Are these achievable? I will be running a cycyle of Test E @500mg/week for 12 weeks. I might add in Deca or kickstart with dbol. Might try NPP or Anadrol, not sure yet but I would like to add a second compound.

Thanks for the help.

When were you planning on starting this next cycle? Have you fully recovered? Do you have blood work?

Sorry, It just seems like you were embarking on your first cycle not too long ago and just wanna make sure you are gtg before you jump on #2. I still think you're too young and if I recall you had relatively low test for your age even before your first cycle.

I have been off for two months now. I am cruising at 200mg/week. I don't plan on starting for at least another month. I put on 20lbs with my first cycle and I havent lost one lb. My strength went down on my squats and dead lifts after coming off but my benhc has been going up slowly.

you're already blasting and cruising? This is no good. You're what? 20? 21?

I'm 20. My test was already sort of low, I'm in this for life so I chose to cruise and blast. I don't want to have to waste money and time trying to recover from cycle after cycle I feel like this would damage me more than just cruising and blasting. As long as I get blood-work and everything stays in healthy range then there is no problem with cruising and blasting in my opinion.

So what are your thoughts on my lifts compared to my weight and bf%?

Adding 80lbs to your bench in a year may be asking a bit much. I hope you do it. But you better share how you accomplished it afterward.

Bro seriously ? you're only 20 and you're already blasting and cruising? WTF is wrong with you? Bro you're an idiot, have fun ruining your body

Better yet just save it. Don't waste my time again.

You haven't spent nearly enough time training to be doing this. I'm going to skip over the usual lecture about your HPTA and development, but inform you that you WILL suffer an injury at this rate.

AAS allows your body to recover faster and produce lean mass if all other requirements are met. This includes diet, sleep and proper training. I know we all want to reach our goals immediately, but what AAS does NOT do is strengthen your connective tissues - in fact, it can actually weaken them.

I've seen many young guys think they can skip the essential time required to build strong tendons and ligaments; thinking that it's something that they don't have to worry about. I've had to carry them out of the gym to the ambulance because they completely tore off a pectoral muscle or even a gastrocnemius (calf). This is a very real danger, and once you shear off that tendon - you'll never be the same again.

I'm not your internet daddy, and I know that if you have your mind made up, nobody can likely change it. But I promise you that if you don't give time for your body to repair EVERYTHING, you will be sorry.

My .02c :)

To add to halfwit's always awesome response - your squat should NEVER be equal to your deadlift unless there is something seriously wrong with you physically or with your form.
Deadlift is always ahead :)
