Coconut oil is a saturated fat. That's bad for LDL.

Not all saturated fats are created equal. A study in 2009 found that 75% of those that had a heart attack had "normal" cholesterol levels. There is more here than meets the eye.

This is why IMT suggests getting a LPP particle test if your concerned about your cholesterol, just like fats not all cholesterol is created equally.

In moderation I believe coconut oil has the most benefits.
 
Ok. Yeah I was reading that it is ok. But I also read that it could be a sign that you have a tumor on your pituitary........ if you ask Arnold he will tell you " Its not a tumor"!
