please tell me what this means..!

hey i had some bloodwork done just to get everything checked. got results back and my test level was at like 11.3 and she said the average is in between 7 and 22. can some1 tell me what how thats converted.? and is this a normal range. i no the docs like saying alota things are "normal" when there not. so please some opinons please.

btw never done steroids, i was getting blood tested for other reason and this was one of the tests.
