To be honest I'm a bit lost looking at your ingredient list as a lot of the stuff I'm unfamiliar with. Looking forward to some education.

I'd be interested in adding additional vasodilators to the mix. Does your ingredient list include these?

Welcome aboard.

Very nice!! I imagine you are very muscular an very lean.

Your feedback that you are a bit lost looking at my ingredients is exactly what I need to hear to improve my presentation of this idea. I very much appreciate it. I have to think how to make it a little more simple, and I would very much like to hear any ideas you may have.

Your question about vasodilation: I have carefully chosen all of my ingredients to include only those which have been studied and scientifically proven to work. For example, supplementing with L-Argenine has 4 major studies that show it has little to no effect on NO2 levels in the blood, therefore offering no vasodilation. This is due to very poor absorption of L-Argenine by the intestines. L-Argenine in the body will increase NO2 levels causing vasodilation, but it just doesn't absorb from oral supplementation. (I am looking at developing an L-Argenine IM injection which would bypass poor digestive absorption.) L-Citulline absorbs very well, and is converted to L-Argenine in the kidneys, which increased NO2 in the blood, hence causing vasodilation. This is why I don't offer L-Argenine in my ingredients, but I offer L-Citrulline in the form of L-Citrulline Malate. So, I would just switch your arginine to L-Citrulline Malate.

Caffeine is actually a vasoconstrictor. So if the gaol is vasodilation, caffeine has the opposite effect. Caffeine is the best OTC stimulant available, so I understand that is not easy to do. But just so you are aware. All these brands with pre-workouts that promote pumps, have L-Argenine in them and caffeine in them, are contradictory and have the wrong combinations of ingredients.

My ingredients list includes 3 noteworthy vasodilators. L-Citrulline Malate, Beta-Alanine, and Acetyl-L-Carnitine.

So, taking a look at what you take, here is what I can do for you. Based on what you are taking, I can custom make you blend containing whey protein (with less fat and calories than ON's Gold Standard Whey) with 4.5g of naturally occurring glutamine, I can add L-Citrulline Malate instead of L-Argenine, and I can add BCAA's all in one supplement (I can also add caffeine if you still want your pre-workout blend enhanced with that). This will cost significantly less than buying all of these separately. Now I can make you another blend for at night of casein and more BCAA's, and we have just combined a bunch of your supplements together and saved you a significant amount of money.
These are just some of the options I can help people with, when I take a look at what they are currently taking. I can adjust, combine, and ultimately make things more simple and save people money. I can also potentially show you an ingredient that helps you reach a desired effect or goal.

Thanks again for the feedback, I really appreciate any other feedback you have!

This is true, with the multivitamins I offer, you can actually use shakes to replace meals, significantly reducing food costs and calorie and fat intake. This This forces your body to become very lean without forfeiting muscle mass.

Are any of the pre workout stims NOT vasoconstrictors? I'm aware of the contradictory effects of the caffeine, but whilst sans test in the system I need some extra umph.

As far as your ingredient list goes I'd suggest categorizing them and putting them into groups. That'd be helpful

From all of the research I have done, Cordycepts mushrooms, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, synephrine, and especially higenamine can be considered stimulants that do not cause vasoconstriction. Synephrine and higenamine have ephedrine like effects, and are noted to be bronchiol dilators.

Your idea for categorizing the ingredients is a good one. I will expound on that idea. Thank you very much!
