Plz i need help

i need a training program for bulking and i have a problem in bensh too smal for the others parts :) i need a training to get real big muscles i have a good diet and a good supplements and a good training program but i need a new one ahhh i'm a hard gainer :) :baby:

Read through the training forums and don't forget the diet forums. There is a great deal of information at your fingertips.

You are 6' and 154 pounds. Gain 30 pounds and THEN you can claim you have a proper diet. Until then, you can say that you are on the right track to a good diet, assuming that you really are.

Not trying to flame you so sorry if this is coming out the wrong way. That is really great that you are here asking for advice. A year ago, I was 145 lbs. Yesterday, I weighed in at 198 lbs at the doctor's office. I've spent my day eating lots of rice and meat, among other things. I think that I'll assert that my diet is 'much better' than it used to be. :D

I know that most guys at the gym emphasize bench, but they are misguided. Yoiu should emphasize sqats and deadlift.

You need to read a lot and learn about eating, that's the key.
About the training, in this forum you have a lot of routines to try. I like 5x5.

Thank you. But most of that came from simply correcting my diet along with some sorry-ass training. That got me up to 185, and then I dropped down a bit to maybe 180. Now that I'm learning how to lift proper, my numbers are moving up again. Gone from 180 to 198 in less than a month, I think. Looking forward to crossing the 200 mark. I sure know I'm trying with all the rice and meat I'm taking in right now.
