boyz, it all depends on what dept it is. some polygraph, some dont. some polygraphs are a breeze and sometimes you get a super A hole examiner. they will ONLY test for juice if they are receiving complaints about the particular person. (ie someone rats your buddy out) a good rule of thumb on the poly is to admitt to a lesser crime. for instance if your buddy is questioned about drug use (which he will be) he could say well, im a little upset with myself over this one. a buddy of mine gave me some As when i was younger (he should say it was about 5 years ago this shows that it wasnt recent and that he has "matured" some)
but i got really nervous about getting caught with it so i flushed it.
during this question the poloygraph will no doubt show some degree of stress but the examiner should take into account that it was 5 years ago in his past and that he is still nervous about the fact that he would even have control of an illegal substance.
anyway you look at it, its a gamble but you have to weigh the chances. good luck!
