Possible infection on delt?

Pinned my delt this past Monday so it's been 5 days now. I have some redness about 4-5 inches in diameter and a bit of hardness/swelling a few inches under the injection. I just took my temp on 2 thermometers and it was 99.1 and 99.2 which is not that high. Slightly warmer than my other delt to the touch but nothing too crazy. Little pain right now, say 2.5/10. Kind of feels like a pump you get from curling or something but on my delt. Just curious what you guys think. This is not my first injection and it's the first time I have had any prolonged pain or discomfort. If it's not better by say Monday, I'll probably go to my doc and tell them that I received a flu shot from some cheeky cunt at walgreens.

Is this the first time using a new compound? You say it's not your first injection, were you referring to injecting your delt? Are you using a different lab's products? It could be the carrier. If you go to the doctor, just tell him/her that is was a B12 injection.

Well today it's still definitely a bit tender/swollen but I do think that it might not be an infection. I had gotten a crazy staph infection in boot camp back in 2005 and that shit escalated really quick from tender spot to a golf ball size infection over night. Same test I have been pinning for 2 months so it's not a new compound or anything. Anyway I'll have an eye on it for now but I'm thinking just a bad injection.

Yeah I'd give it a little more time. I've had a few of those and some lasted a week or so but turned out to be nothing. Good luck

OP if you do go Just tell the doc what you have done and what you have injected, the doc will be able to advise properly then.

Not if you "dropped the syringe" and didn't bother using a fresh needle. If it's feeling better I'd say it's nothing. I've had some insane site swelling before and it was essentially nothing. Vet gear will do this to you it has a high BA content.

Gonna have to disagree here. Never tell your doc you are on aas or that you injected it unless you are on TRT.

Dont bother going to him then, just man up and sit it out.
You will be able to tell the doctor when you go to casualty with your abscess.
