At 30 years old I had lower levels than you then started TRT for 2 years and now have been of for 5-6 months. Dont feel much of a difference on or off TRT.
Your E2 is low, your Free T is marginal. Thats why I think your having symptoms. That combined with Crohns and the Vitamin D deficiency and maybe thats the issue.

Why is my pituitary gland screaming at my testes to produce more testosterone if my TT is only in the 700s and My Free T is marginal?
Going to start taking vitamin D asap.
