well, been doing the keto thing for over a week. an overdose of pb kicked me out. haven't been able to read anything above "trace" on those ketostix. but from what i research it happens. as long as i'm in, i'm in. i've shed some water weight. starting to barely see them abs again. i have gotten bigger muscles too! crazy how anabolic post competition was for me. i have more strength now too. i love it. i'm getting ready to start my first cycle of Clen and T3. excited because i know i'm gonna kick butt at this next show, nervous because i hear t3 can mess you up if not cycled correctly. from what i research i can do 6 weeks with clen as long as i take bendrly too... then off cycle... and for weeks 2-4 cycle the t3... i dunno. still have a lot of research to do. i don't want anything to deepen my voice or cause acne. i'm trying to be a sports model. gotta keep it purty! any advice? suggestions? i'm sooooo happy that this weight is coming off to. thank you all for your input. i needed it. now, in addition to supp advice, how do i combat these cravings?! i will literally argue with myself for hours over whether or not i want to be a complete glutton and eat everything with frosting or compete!!! ugh. driving me nuts. i haven't fallen off the wagon yet, i'm pretty sure i need to lay off the pb tho!!!
