post competition weight gain

well, been doing the keto thing for over a week. an overdose of pb kicked me out. haven't been able to read anything above "trace" on those ketostix. but from what i research it happens. as long as i'm in, i'm in. i've shed some water weight. starting to barely see them abs again. i have gotten bigger muscles too! crazy how anabolic post competition was for me. i have more strength now too. i love it. i'm getting ready to start my first cycle of Clen and T3. excited because i know i'm gonna kick butt at this next show, nervous because i hear t3 can mess you up if not cycled correctly. from what i research i can do 6 weeks with clen as long as i take bendrly too... then off cycle... and for weeks 2-4 cycle the t3... i dunno. still have a lot of research to do. i don't want anything to deepen my voice or cause acne. i'm trying to be a sports model. gotta keep it purty! any advice? suggestions? i'm sooooo happy that this weight is coming off to. thank you all for your input. i needed it. now, in addition to supp advice, how do i combat these cravings?! i will literally argue with myself for hours over whether or not i want to be a complete glutton and eat everything with frosting or compete!!! ugh. driving me nuts. i haven't fallen off the wagon yet, i'm pretty sure i need to lay off the pb tho!!!

Glad to hear that keto is working for you. I personally can't keep pb around or in my meal plan when I'm dieting because I have no self control with that stuff, just LOVE it! lol
Since you are losing the weight, are you sure that you want to start up with clen and t3?? seems that you're doing ok with your diet and if you're 8 wks out(plenty of time) and just recently competed, I'm sure you're fine!
And if your goal is sport or bikini modeling they don't require the girls to be too ripped or dry, so imo no need to play around with that stuff to drop weight. If you do, your post competition weight gain may be worse than it was!

As far as your hunger, maybe you're not eating enough?
Or if you are, try tea. I personally like a organic vanilla nut decaf tea sweetened w/ stevia and a bit of unsweetened almond milk. Has a really rich yummy taste! Perfect dessert
