post cycle start?

ok, well i was told do post cycle therapy (pct) 2 weeks after my last injection. and Eq ive seen 3 weeks after last injection. and in a recent thread it was said to wait till the last week is over, THEN wait three weeks, for the EQ.... so wouldn't that make it 4 weeks after the day you took your last injection? how is this changed, if at all, if your injecting twice a week....?

yeah but my main question is FROM WHEN?? for example, enan.... 2 weeks from the last shot you took...or after your last week..wait two weeks...?? cause i had a post and i said eq 1-12 and start post cycle therapy (pct) at 15 but you said 16...so that would mean if i took my last shot in the 12th week, it would be 4 weeks from the last shot....do you get what i don't understand?? let me know...thanks...

I believe this is what you are refering to ??

If you end the EQ at the END of week 12, you take weeks 13,14, & 15 off (3 weeks) and then do post cycle therapy (pct) STARTING on week 16.

To simplify it even further, start post cycle therapy (pct) 21 days after your LAST EQ shot.

ok, so lets say you have been shooting on mondays...(hypethetically) so week 12, you shoot on monday, and 21 days from that would be monday on week 15, this is why i got confused with weeks 16? i guess i was assuming the injection was at the begging of the week, and you are considering it at the END of the last week....so in my case, i shot my last shot of Cyp on tuesday october 7th...so my post cycle therapy (pct) would start on Tues october 21st....if im up to speed now im not confused anymore...BUT if im still wrong....
