Post cycle therapy (pct) Cardio

Pct Cardio

I finished an eight week cycle of Test enth 500mg 3 weeks ago.
I am In my second week of post cycle therapy (pct) nolva 40mg a day. Next wk I start the 20mg a day. I am 5'9 200. I had no testicular atrophy during cycle and used no hcg. I am 16% bodyfat.

Should I start doing cardio now during post cycle therapy (pct) or keep eating the same way I ate during cycle carbohydrate and calorie wise? and if I should do cardio how much daily and weekly just to bring bf% down for next cycle and with minimal muscle loss.
 
cardio during post cycle therapy (pct) is ok. If you dont eat enough to retain you new muscle you will lose it simple as that. Up your protien intake, and do the eliptical and swim as much as possible maybe somebody else with more knowledge will chime in here and help you out, thats just what i would do, i cruise so i dont worry about that. just my two cents
 
like i said doing cardio and cutting calories/carbs will result in a loss of muscle/strength how much i cannot say.

True in a sense, but it is not a bad idea to do a few days of cardio even when bulking to keep your BF in check. Unless of course you don't care about it until you cut.

Regardless, it will keep your metabolic rate up more and I can actually eat more when I add in some cardio.

*Note, I have been 'bulking' all year and I haven't touched cardio once. But before you call me a hypocrite, I am just starting to hit it in the mornings before work. YUCK!!
 
Is 15 minutes 4 days a week enough to start dropping fat. Its on the eliptical machine and I keep my heart rate in the cardio zone the entire 15 minutes. 168. I get about 2 miles there, but obviously distance isn't what matters its keeping your heart rate elevated for a certain amount of time.


Is this sufficient?

I agree, 250g/day is not enough to gain or lose any fat. I would say 20-30mins for no more than 3 days a week if your trying to bulk. Remember, its just to keep the metabolism up so you don't gain too much fat and what you do gain is good solid muscle.
 
my protein intake is really 300g/day. 8 meals a day is a lot more than I can manage. and thats what it would take to get 400. All my meals are whole foods since I am tight on money and I cant afford pricey protein shakes.

I understand your pain bro, but you can do it, and with less than 8 meals a day. On a maintenance schedule I am getting about 375grams a day in and that is with 7 meals a day (one of those is just a shake before I train in the afternoon). Mostly all my foods are whole foods too, you just have to try a little harder or you WILL lose size.
 
Eat alot of tuna and hard boiled eggs. Very easy to snack on. But beware,,,,,,your farts become fucking toxic,,,,,,and they linger.

trust me......i know. Nothing like those egg farts. Jesus christ. my girlfriend keeps her gas mask handy.
