PCT routine look okay?

Chest/Bi

Flat Bench - 5/3/1
Dips - 4 sets 6-12 reps
Incline DB Press 4 sets 6 reps
6 sets of biceps total

Legs

Squat - 5/3/1
Cable Pullthroughs 4 sets 6-10 reps
Leg Curl 4 sets 8-12 reps
Hack Squat Machine 4 sets 7 reps

Shoulders

Overhead Press - 5/3/1
Seated DB Press 4 sets 6 reps
Front Lateral 4 sets 8-10 reps
6 sets calves total

Back/tri

Deadlift - 5/3/1
Dumbbell Row 4 sets 6-20 reps (kroc style)
Pullups 4 sets 6-10 reps
Seated Cable Row 4 sets 7-12 reps
6 sets triceps

Planning on going from MTWTF training to MTTF training, cutting cardio from 20mins daily to 20mins 3x a week all low impact. Reasonable?

Also generally the first of my 4 sets for anything above 6 reps is essentially a warmup... example for dips it would be 10xbodyweight, 10x50lbs 10x70 10x90lbs

I like that routine a lot. The only thing I would throw in is something for rear delts on shoulder day. They say to lift heavy but cut volume post cycle so imo you may want to drop to 4-5 sets of 4-6 on your compound movement and then do only two sets for each other exercise instead of four.

I was considering dropping to 3 sets on everything. My main change from what I normally do is I dropped an exercise, aka 4 sets, from each day... maybe dropping a set will help too; so 3x6 on the incline etc... think that might play out a little better on pct? I would drop down to two sets but really there are probably only two sets that are really worksets; I added them because I guess technically they are too but I don't lift static and I pyramid in decent size jumps. And yeah I might cut down the reps a tad and I think I will replace front laterals with rope face pulls for rear delt work.
