post injection delt soreness, how long???

hi there
i took 1 ml of test cyp in left delt with 2 cc in left glute. no soreness at all in glute, delt is still sore, hurts to sleep on 7 days later. delt is swollen, no redness. swelling does seem to be improving, but still hurts. left arm is weak as well.
anyone else had this experience? i've had some medial delt soreness, swelling before, but not this bad.

It depends, there are a lot of variables: size of delt, how many injections it has had in the past, BA & BB concentration, viscosity of the oil used. Usually PIP only lasts a few days though, if it's taken 7 days and it still doesn't feel right I'd stick to pinning other muscles.

Felling you man.....my L delt 4 days later is killing me even to touch. Split it in half the R delt totally fine though????? Sleeping on my L sucks. New to this but finding that quads are bareable ......sitting on a lump of oil deep in my cheek didnt feel to good either being that my commute to work is an hr and a half drive. Quads quads quads......ive heard that pre heating suspension b4 injection helps absorbtion but have yet to try it out. Figure its worth a try. Ill let u know.
