Lets see some easy to read and follow supplement stacks..Instead of listing chemical names try to suggest a product instead..Cant take anything that raises test level as i get tested every month..Please include a 1 day schedule
from start to finish with times and amount taken..

You are going to be shocked to find out most people only use a miltivitamin, protein powder, creatine, and some type of EFA. Most supplements are a waste of money and a huge drain on your wallet.
 
Easto is right, but I also take caffeine (coffee), and eat a ton of food.

No i wont..lol ..I know 99% of supp. are junk..I cant use anything else so what is the best supp. stack in your opinoin?
 
creatine monohydrate (before/after workouts)
taurine (before/after workouts)
beta alanine (before/after workouts)
fish oil pills (taken w/ select meals)
protein powder (whey and cassein)
waxy maize carbs (post workout)
multi vitamin
joint juice
vit. c
msm
green tea
flax seeds

how's the beta alanine working for you before and after? I've taken it before typically and have liked what I have seen so far . . .

i just started it like a week ago.....too soon to give any helpful input.
what dose are you using? i'm taking about 2g's before and 2g's after.

your a big boy like me . . . .i started 4g's and after a week worked up to 6 and like it at that level. I think at 2g's your not going to get enough out of it based on your size.

i'm doing 5g's each pre and post.

btw. i bumped the beta-A up from 2g's pre/post to 4g's like you said this evening. i got all itchy. i dunno if it's that or a combination of something else. :toilet:

can;t find taurine locally and too cheap to order it if i don;t need anything else at this point . . .

5g's pre and post is all I run . .I think anything more might be a waste . .

It's the Beta . . . .I get it in my face and ears and lips . .usualy goes away after about 20 minutes. I look at the itchy feeling as a good thing . . . .I like the Beta because I think it works well with endurance during sets and helps in keeping me leaner.

You dropped some lbs huh?

I went from 287 down to 260 and I like it better although strength in some things dropped off it's easier to move at 260
