Hey bros -
Starting my spring cutter at the beginning of May. Been pigging out for the last cpuple months and, of course, that has to cease. I plan on limiting my carb intake to two meals per day; my morning meal and post-workout. It'll probably end up[ being sweet potatoes, brown rice or oats exclusively in the A.M., but I'm looking ofr ideas for a good post-workout carb that'll give me a good insulin spike. Any suggestions are appreciated, but if they taste good, even better. Also, while we're on the subject, I'll also take suggestion on the amount of carbs per meal. I was thinking of between 50-100 mgs per (leaning towards the 50 and then raising it if I feel the need). Thanks. BTW, my stats are;
5' 7"
200 lbs.
BF 10-12% (approx.)
Looking to get to single digits (I tend to stay pretty lean, even when bulking). Will be doing cardio 5x/week.
